Exchange and Return Policy

• Before shipping the products, Blossom Pads make sure that the product is of good quality and that there is no manufacturing defect
• Reusable pads and panties cannot be exchanged or returned, as they fall under the category of underwear

Shipping Policy

• The order is shipped within 3-7 business days
• In the event that an attempt is made to communicate with the customer to receive the order and it has not been received, the shipping company will return the order to Blossom Pads. Therefore, the customer bears the shipping amount of the second time the order shipped
