How do I choose the right period pant design?
- For heavy menstrual flow, it is preferable to use the Midi design pant because it is designed with highly absorbent and highly breathable layers.
- For moderate to light menstrual flow, it is preferable to use a bikini design pant.
- Period pants can also be used during the postpartum period and in cases of urinary incontinence.
How many hours can I wear the period pant?
if using heavy flow style:
You can wear the pant for up to eight hours or all night without leaking and with high dryness. You know your menstrual cycle better!
if using moderate flow style:
You can wear the pant for up to eight hours in light days and 4 to 6 hours if you have moderate flow without leaking and with high dryness. You know your menstrual cycle better!
Does the pant absorb odors?
Yes, there is a layer in the pant that is specially designed to prevent odors.
How do I take care of the pant?
- Immediately after use, rinse the pant with cold water and squeeze.
- Machine wash in water at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius and dry on a clothesline.
How long does it take to consume the pant?
Period pant can be used for up to two years.

What are washable/reusable pads?
Soft pads made of organic cotton. Used during menstruation or postpartum. Available in several sizes small, large, and extra large.
How do I choose the size of the reusable pads?
- For heavy flow such as postpartum, choose the extra large pad
- For heavy flow, such as the beginning of your period, choose the large pad
- For medium and light flow, choose the small size pad
How many reusable pads do I need during menstrual cycle?
It depends on the level of flow and the number of days of the menstrual cycle. It is possible to use an average of 16 to 25 pads of various sizes.
How many hours can I wear the reusable pads?
It depends on the flow and the size of the pad. Extra large pad can be used at night, while the large and medium pad can be used for up to six hours.
How long does a reusable pad last?
Reusable pad can be used for up to 18 months.
